What are your office hours?

What Currencies are available?

We have over 140 Currencies available. Please contact us for more details.


When can I book trades?

You can book trades Monday to Friday, GMT 7am to 9pm.

Are there any fees?

No, we pay and cover all transfer fees.

How do I settle my payment(s)?

When you book your trade you will immediately be sent a trade confirmation. This will provide the banking details for you to send the funds.

What reference should I use for my payments?

Please use your Transaction number e.g. MDABTR000000. This ensures your transaction will be matched automatically and sent immediately. You are able to use your Client Account number as a reference, if sending funds prior to booking a trade and holding funds in your Account.

What is the cut off time for same day payments?

Please ensure funds are received into the correct currency denominated Account by 2pm.

Which Currencies are available to send same day?


When will my Beneficiary receive the funds?

This will depend on the currency you are sending: EUR, USD, CAD and GBP will arrive the same day, other currencies can take one or two days to arrive. You will be sent a payment confirmation which will show the date the funds should arrive in the account. If you have any other queries, please contact us.

Are my funds protected?

Your funds are protected from other Banking activities in a Segregated Deposit Account. Our clients who make multi and Bulk payments have the option to open a personal account to separate their transactional activities for Audit and Transparency purposes.
