David has worked within the Investment Banking Industry for over 35 years, establishing himself as the Number one Foreign Exchange Bank in Asia and Europe for Sales and Trading during the 1980’s and 1990’s. Having worked for Chase Manhattan Bank over his 35 year career, David attained the position of Global Head of FX in 1994, working closely with the Interest Rate committee in Hong Kong and subsequently, taking a pivotal role alongside the Bank of England. David also managed key position taking for Sovereign Wealth funds and Multi Nationals.
During his spare time, David is an avid golfer, Chess and Bridge player as well as travelling, visiting friends and family in Hong Kong and residing in the Algarve, Portugal.
Mark has worked within the Financial Services Industry for over 18 years, starting his career at HSBC as a Management trainee learning about the Retail Banking sector, then moving onto a Financial Services company, working in Structured product sales, encompassing small to mid-cap UK stocks, CFD’s and FX sales. Mark then moved onto a Proprietary Trading position for a highly successful Hedge Fund, where he managed positions in Short term Interest Rate Futures. A brief spell in Trading Bonds followed a move into Venture Capital, successfully raising €10m for a 5 aside Football Centre around the Lisbon Area of Portugal. Over the last few years, Mark has been a Sports Trader, working with Big Data and using Quantitative and Qualitative analysis to take positions during live and pre-event driven sporting events.
During his spare time, Mark is a keen golfer, a fan of Classical Music and the Opera as well as learning to play Bridge and speak Portuguese. Mark also likes to travel and visit friends and family in Hong Kong and currently resides in the Algarve, Portugal.
